I am always a bit of a skeptic on this type of thing but tried it with an open mind. To my surprise it has helped coupled with some of my other meds has actually made a difference I notice when I don't take them. Consistency is key. I have noticed better concentration and energy vs when I forget to take these so that in itself tells me it does help.

My only complaint is that the taste isn't great. However, no less than some other supplements I take so it's not really something I would down grade it for. Just something to be aware of.
